Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun, which can burn delicate leaves.
Substrate: Keep in its sphagnum moss until roots are well established, then move to a light, airy aroid mix (bark, perlite, coco coir).
Watering: Keep the sphagnum lightly moist, never soggy or completely dry.
Humidity: 60% to 80% is ideal. A humidity dome or propagation box helps during acclimation.
Temperature: 18°C to 29°C (65°F to 84°F). Avoid cold drafts.
Fertilization: Wait until the roots are established, then use a diluted balanced fertilizer every 2 to 4 weeks during the growing season.
