Shipping & Returns
Deliveries are made with Purolator , Fedex or GLS within 1-2 business day.
Prices will be determined by your address, weight and box size. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. The tracking number will be sent to you by mail to follow the order.
Delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the transport during the shipping but we make sure to make the delivery in opportune temperatures and to pack your plants well to avoid any possible damage, however we want you to be satisfied with your pourchasse. If this is the case, please write us a message with photos of the plant and the roots to info@ayastropicalplants.com. The message must be sent as soon as the issue is discovered.
We recommend monitoring your tracking link to ensure you’re available at the time of delivery or to promptly identify any issues upon arrival.
Please note that delivery delays may occur and are beyond our control. However, it is also your responsibility to follow up with the carrier if needed.
Returns:
- All purchases, once shipped, are final.
- You can cancel your order any time before it's shipped by emailing us at info@ayastropicalplants.com
Refund Policy – Perishable Products
The plants sold on our website are living and perishable products. For this reason, specific conditions apply to cancellations and refunds.
Once an order has been prepared and the customer has been notified that the order is ready for in-store pickup, no cancellation or refund is possible, due to the perishable nature of the products.
If a refund is exceptionally approved, transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
