Shipping & Returns

Deliveries are made with Purolator or GLS within 1-2 business day.

Prices will be determined by your address, weight and box size.

We usually ship on Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. 

The tracking number will be sent to you by mail to follow the order.

Delays are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the transport during the pickup/shipping but we make sure to make the delivery in opportune temperatures and to pack your plants well to avoid any possible damage, however we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If this is the case, please write to info@ayastropicalplants.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchases.

Returns:

  • All purchases, once shipped, are final.
  • You can cancel your order any time before it's shipped by emailing us at info@ayastropicalplants.com
  • We will notify you of shipment via email the day your purchase is shipped.
