The Hoya Carnosa Compacta Outer Variegated, also known as the Variegated Hindu Rope Hoya, is a spectacular trailing plant prized for its thick, twisted leaves lined with creamy white or soft yellow variegation. Each leaf forms a beautiful curl, giving the plant its signature “rope-like” look.
