Alocasia Black Satun Pink Bone — Specimen #0289

The Alocasia Black Satun Pink Bone is a collector’s Alocasia sought after for its dark, velvety foliage and the pale to pink venation that gives it the “Pink Bone” name. Leaf colour and vein contrast develop as the plant grows, so young plants can look greener than mature ones.

The young plant in this listing shows a broad green leaf.

This is a young plant: its signature dark foliage with pink veins develops gradually as it matures.

☀️ Care guide

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Variegated areas burn more easily, so avoid direct midday sun.
• Watering: Water when the top layer of substrate starts to dry and let excess water drain. Alocasias dislike soggy roots.
• Humidity: 60 to 80% is ideal, with gentle air circulation.
• Temperature: 18°C to 28°C. Keep away from cold drafts and cold windows in winter.
• Substrate: An airy, fast-draining aroid mix.
