Deliveries are made with Purolator OR GLS  within 1 business day.

Prices will be determined by your address, weight and box size.

We usually ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays  to avoid weekend delays.

The tracking number will be sent to you to follow the order.

Delays are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the transport during the pickup/shipping but we make sure to make the delivery in opportune temperatures and to pack your plants well to avoid any possible damage, however we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If this is the case, please write to info@ayastropicalplants.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchases.

Returns:

All purchases, once shipped, are final.

We will notify you of shipment via email the day your purchase is shipped.

In Person Pick-up

It is possible to collect your purchases in person. Please select the pickup option during your payment.

We are located on the South Shore, 10 m from the Pont-Jacques Cartier and 15 minutes from the Louis-Hippolyte-La fontaine Tunnel. We will contact you to make an appointment.

Pickup schedule:

Tuesday-Wednesday- Friday 

10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Thursday

12:00 p.m  to 7:00 p.m.

Saturday

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

*Shipments are submitted Tuesday ans Wednesday
